Through the Emergency Response Program at NIGGV (St. Catharines site), a personal response service is provided 24-hours a day, 365 days a year for a monthly fee. The goal is to give a client confidence to continue to live independently in his/her own home. Help is just a push button away. It provides peace of mind, is easy to use, and ensures a client gets help quickly when it is needed.
