Rental/Life Lease

The Administrative Assistant - Leasing is responsible for the Waiting List for the rental/life lease units.

Waiting List Application (click to download and print) forms are available at the Administration Office or may be mailed out upon request. You may apply to be on more than one Waiting List, i.e. rental apartment, life lease apartment, life lease bungalow, etc.

When you receive the call that a unit is available, you must view the unit as soon as possible. If you decide not to accept the unit, your name will be moved back two years on the Waiting List.
