Life Lease Apartments/Bungalows

There are 112 life lease apartments (1-, 2-, 3-bedroom) and 47 bungalows (2-bedroom). This concept of housing allows a resident to purchase the right to occupy a particular unit and assures him/her of a permanent place to live without some of the responsibilities of ownership. The ownership of the unit remains with the Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village Corporation. When a unit is vacated, Niagara Ina Grafton Gage Village re-sells the unit. Equity is paid back upon termination, less 3% per year, to a maximum of five (5) years.

Monthly Maintenance Charge

The monthly maintenance charge includes, but is not limited to property taxes, utilities (varies between apartments/bungalows), reserve fund, basic cable, maintenance, administration fees, and contract services.
